This registration form must be accompanied by a 50% deposit. The remaining balance (for the full month or specified session-period) is due in full at the first class.
If you miss a class:
It is your responsibility to make up any missed classes according to the following schedule:
Ms. Jones' adult students may make up in her or Mr. Meyer's classes; Mr. Meyer's students may make up in his or Ms. Jones' adult classes; Ms. Lowe's Teen Actors may make up in Ms. Jones' adult Basic Technique class. We request that you do your make-up within 8 weeks of the missed class. You must be currently enrolled in the Acting Program to redeem a make-up class.
Refund/Cancellation Policy for our classes and workshops:
If you cancel your enrollment in advance of 15 days from the start date, you will receive a full refund. Beyond this point we will retain a 10% administrative fee in addition to the charges for any classes attended, up to the 4th class. Beyond the 4th class, the entire course fee is non-refundable. For our six-week workshops the above policy applies up until the 2nd class.
Refund/Cancellation Policy for on-going classes:
Payment is made month-to-month, and is non-refundable if you cancel your enrollment within the month.
