Payment Policies

We do not offer refunds for classes you may miss due to illness or other personal reasons. However, if you miss a class, we encourage you to make it up according to the following schedule: Mr. Meyer's students may make up in Ms. Jones' Basic or Intermediate Technique class; Ms. Jones' adult students may make up in her class or Mr. Meyer's class; Ms. Nicolson's teenagers may make up in Ms. Jone's Basic Technique class (parents please note the Basic Technique class sometimes deals with adult issues); and Ms. Nicolson's Young Actors may make up in her Basic Technique For Teenager's class.

Refund/Cancellation Policy for 12-week classes and Workshops:
If you cancel your enrollment in a class in advance of 15 days from the start  date, you will receive a full refund. Beyond this point we will retain a 10% administrative fee in addition to the charges for any classes attended, up to the fourth class. Beyond the fourth class, the entire course fee is non-refundable. 

Refund/Cancellation Policy for On-going Classes: 
Payment is made month-to-month, and is non-refundable if you cancel your enrollment within the month.

Attendance Policy
Please try to do make-ups within 8 weeks from the missed regular class. You must be a currently enrolled student to be eligible to redeem a make-up.

Our goal is to have a classroom environment in which all of our students feel comfortable and get the most benefit from our program. If we feel any student's behavior is not in the best interest of their, or the the group's learning experience, we reserve the right to discontinue their participation at our discretion.
