We do not offer refunds for classes you may miss due to illness or other personal
reasons. However, if you miss a class, we encourage you to make it up
according to the following schedule: Ms. Jones' adult students
may make up in her class or Mr. Meyer's class; Ms. Jones' Young Actors may make up in her Basic Technique class; Mr. Meyer's students
may make up in Ms. Jones' Basic Technique class.
Refund/Cancellation Policy for 12-week classes and Workshops:
If you cancel your enrollment in a class in advance of 15 days from
the start date, you will receive a full refund. Beyond this point
we will retain a 10% administrative fee in addition to the charges for
any classes attended, up to the fourth class. Beyond the fourth
class, the entire course fee is non-refundable.
